Beantown Breakfast Blast

I ordered the whole bean version of The Boston Brew - Beantown Medium Breakfast Roast. When I ground the beans, they gave off an aroma of warm coffee along with a faint scent reminiscent of tobacco drying in a barn. When roasted, the tobacco scent fades and what is left is the aroma of a perfect coffee roast. The flavor is pronounced but there is no bitterness. I prefer light roast but I wanted to try this one and I was not disappointed. I can recommend it with confidence.
